Grade A - Item is in great cosmetic condition considering it is a non-new product. It will show minimal signs of use. A small scratch or minor blemish can be expected at most.

Grade B - Item is in normal used condition, will show some cosmetic blemishes, wear to keyboard, some scratches and/or minor dents, may have imperfections in the monitor such as white spots or minor scratches.

Grade C - Clearance product, item will show significant levels of use, deeper scratches, may have a crack or a small plastic missing in the case or have a fault as stated in the notes.
